While many people exercise to lose weight, one of the great side effects of exercising is elevating one's mood. When you exercise and stay fit, you are not only healthy and fit physically but also mentally. And you don't have to go to the gym to exercise. Hi, I have read this post. Yoga is the best for our health. I have done my yoga teacher training course. Schedule is very important, when we are doing any type of workout and yoga also. yoga is the most benefit and feel fit or fine.

I think Yoga and meditation is the best way for happiness.as well as daily exercise is good for health.

I'm really agree with all above replies.... Daily exercises is really very important for Human Body. It's very helpful to make you Healthy and Fit. It will also helpful to improve your concentration. So daily 15 to 30 min exercises is very important in this Fast lifestyle.

Every one want to live happy as well as healthy life.For living happy and healthy exercises , yoga and meditation all are important.The Individual which takes exercise,yoga and meditation live happy healthy as well as fit and fine life as compare to normal individual that don't do exercise and yoga.The lifestyle of the person becomes good with exercise.
